Returns & Refunds Policy — Tatpara Spices

At Tatpara Spices, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Perishable goods (including all spices and consumables) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used items.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional products.
• Gift cards or digital downloads.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide order details and photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs, if the fault is ours).
4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

6. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
• Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
