Shipping Policy — Tatpara Spices Last updated: 10/09/2025 At Tatpara Spices, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries. 1. Order Processing • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped. • If we are experiencing high order volumes or stock delays, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you of any significant delay. 2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. • Delivery estimates: o Domestic (India): 3–7 business days. o International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events may affect timelines. 3. Shipping Locations • We currently ship within India and to selected international destinations. • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at Tatparaspices@gmail.com for assistance. 4. Shipment Tracking • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. • Tracking availability depends on the courier service used. 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. • Tatpara Spices is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer. • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order. 6. Delivery Issues • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs processing, or unforeseen events. 7. Damaged or Lost Shipments • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items. • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the courier. • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier are not covered by Tatpara Spices, but we will assist in tracking them with the courier. 8.
